- Wall-mounted cafeteria table systems as part of further gymnasium upgrades to allow the space to double as a lunchroom*
- Compost, recycling and rubbish disposal bins for sustainable waste management practices that meet the standards of the NYC Department of Sanitation Clean & Green Schools' partnership with the GrowNYC Zero Waste Schools program
Students can socialize over meals with children from other grades and language tracks, faculty can benefit from a lunch staff rotation, and older classes can rotate responsibilities on a housekeeping committee to help wipe down tables, sweep the floor, and consciously dispose of waste.
Preschool Play Space Renovations
- Climbing wall*
- New flooring
- Permanent and semi-permanent sensory elements
K-8 Art and Makerspace Enhancements
- Ensure our humanities and science programs remained a hub of inspiration and empower our teachers to continually expand both the Makerspace and woodworking curriculums in the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Further implementation of hands-on STEAM-focused activities that influence the lives of aspiring inventors, young entrepreneurs, and future engineers.
- Enable an evolving creative environment to constantly nurture our students' problem-solving skills, enhance their technological literacy, and embrace the spirit of creativity.
